Case Study

Built from zero.
Ranked above everyone.
How we took Saloni Furniture US from a broken website and invisible online presence to a professional Shopify store, 803 organic rankings, and the number 1 position for their own brand name, competing against two other furniture brands using the exact same name.
The challenge
Bad website. No visibility. Fighting their own name.
Saloni Furniture US came to us in August 2024 with an outdated website that was not built for search or conversions, no SEO presence, and Google Ads measuring vanity metrics instead of real business outcomes. On top of that, they share their brand name with two other furniture companies, making search visibility a three-way fight before we even started.

Website development
84 days from onboarding to go-live.
Saloni had an outdated website that was holding back every other channel. We designed and built a complete Shopify storefront, with structured product collections, optimized page templates, blog infrastructure, and a technical foundation ready for SEO, and delivered it in 84 days from the first onboarding call to launch.
Search everywhere optimization
Same name. Three brands. One winner.
This is the most unique challenge in this case study. Saloni Furniture US shares its brand name with two other furniture companies also ranking for saloni furniture, including the Italian-origin Saloni brand with far more history. Despite that, our client ranks number 1 for its key brand terms in the US and generates more brand-targeted traffic than either competitor.
Our SEO strategy intentionally targeted the US-specific brand terms, saloni furniture us, saloni furniture usa, and saloni furniture virginia, carving out a dominant position in the US market that neither competitor could contest. The blog content strategy added supporting authority with articles that now rank on their own. 803 US keywords ranking from zero in under two years.
Google Ads
We stopped measuring clicks. We started measuring footsteps.
When FMP took over the Google Ads account, the previous setup was counting page scrolls and time-on-site events as conversions, making the numbers look impressive while delivering nothing real. We rebuilt the entire measurement framework around what actually matters for a physical furniture showroom: verified store visits, tracked directly through Google.
